I stayed... read more in the self-contained studio for over 3 weeks. The space is small but guite cosy, especially the big double bed. I'd recommend the studio for an independent person, who is out working a lot.

If something breaks (a pipe leaks, there is no electricity, water runs out, there is no internet connection etc., what often happens everywhere in Accra) the personnel tries to fix it right away. In that sense the house is well managed. The African staff mostly also is nice.

The manager of the house I however experienced as a labile guy shouting at me and at his black female staff on several occasions. There was no respect and I therefore avoided him. Had to anyhow a few times remind him on a refund he had promised, and eventually he paid it.

  Great stay. I had a change Imy itinerary therefore only stayed one night. Enjoyed breakfast.

  It was an excellent experience and we would return anytime. Beautiful house and garden, great breakfast, great area.

Communication was great. David responded quickly to many questions that I had before even booking my trip. Throughout the trip someone in the house was always available for prompt help as well.
Water pressure was great and water heater worked perfectly also.
There is a security gate man on the property from 7p-7a which is nice for safety.
There is a community drink fridge that you can take from and pay before you leave which was really convenient for those hot nights.

Cons:
The bedsheets had a slight odor which was unpleasant. The toilet also did not flush well. I was hoping to be able to use the internet for work, but it did not work well on my laptop. I couldn’t connect to the VPN for my company. I had to go to a cafe to get strong connection for my laptop. It worked just fine on my phone though.

Overall my stay was decent for the price. I likely wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay if you are into a more luxury/comfortable feel. But for a quick trip it is definitely doable.

I enjoyed being in the heartbeat of things happening but still nestled away for a little bit of privacy. Esther, one of the property assistants was a delight to have help put. I hope one day if she chooses to have her own property she gets the chance to do so. I had chosen this place to make a booking but when I saw YouTube’r Jasmine AMA episode “The Real Cost Of Living In Ghana” for reviewing her stay on because it is was made me actually book here. I didn’t partake in complimentary breakfast because I kept forgetting. However I did make several fruit stand trips right outside the compound. It was a win win for me. Overall I would say the place is rustic so you will need to be prepared for that (like shower), water pressure is fine but the installment is very rustic. Two of the best parts of stay was the very firm mattress & the soap w/natural scrubber, my skin looked forward to it when showering.
